SHIPPING POLICY

Aliviro is an online shop operated by JerseyFC LLC. We sell two products, and each has its own delivery route. Delivery is free and tracked on both. We deliver only to the countries listed below.

CUSTOM-FIT CAR MATS

  • Where we deliver: the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands).
  • How it works: each set is made to order in Spain. Before anything is cut, a person checks your car's details with you on WhatsApp (or by email). Cutting starts once your fit is confirmed, usually the same or the next working day.
  • Delivery time: to the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and Germany, 5–11 working days after your order; to Spain, 2–7 working days. Both ranges include the fit check.
  • Cost: free tracked delivery.

PORTABLE CLOTHES DRYER

  • Where we deliver: Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands), Italy and Germany.
  • How it works: it ships from a warehouse in Spain.
  • Delivery time: to Spain, 2–5 working days; to Italy and Germany, 5–9 working days.
  • Cost: free tracked delivery.

We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, or to any country not listed above. Working days are Monday to Friday; public holidays can add a day.

TRACKING

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. The carrier's first scan can take a day to appear.

PRICES, VAT AND IMPORT CHARGES

Prices for Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Italy include VAT. These orders travel from Spain inside the EU, so there are no customs charges, and nothing is added at checkout.

United Kingdom: your set is sent from Spain, so the carrier may collect import VAT or a handling fee from you on delivery. Any such charge is set and collected by the carrier and is not part of the price you pay us.

LATE, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you or to someone you name. If it is late, arrives damaged or goes missing, message us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number (and photos if it is damaged). We find out what happened and send a replacement or refund you. Your legal rights if a delivery is late are not affected.
