You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Send this form and you will get a written confirmation by email the same working day, with the return address. You then have 14 days to send the item back. The full terms are in our refund policy.

Custom-fit car mats: they are made to order for your car, so the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to them (UK: Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(b); EU: Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)). You can cancel them free of charge until we start cutting: message us on WhatsApp or by email.

This is the model withdrawal form from Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU. You may also send it by email to jerseyfc.wink@gmail.com, on WhatsApp to +44 7441 487976 or by post to the address in our legal notice. Either way, the notice counts from the moment you send it.

What happens next

  1. We confirm receipt by email the same working day; that email is your durable record.
  2. The email gives you the return address.
  3. Post the item back within 14 days of your notice. You pay the return postage, unless it arrived damaged or faulty.
  4. We refund the price and the original delivery cost within 14 days of your notice, to the payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first.

Your legal guarantee is not affected by this.
