Refund policy
RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Aliviro is operated by JerseyFC LLC. Our two products have different rules, because one is made to order for your car and the other is a standard item. Each section below says which product it covers.
1. CUSTOM-FIT CAR MATS (MADE TO ORDER)
No 14-day right to cancel. Each set is cut to your car's details, so the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply (UK: Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(b); EU: Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)).
Free cancellation until we start cutting. You can still cancel for a full refund until we start cutting your set: message us on WhatsApp, email us or reply to your order email. If we can't make your model, we tell you and refund you in full.
Perfect-fit promise. If your set doesn't match the car details we confirmed with you, send us photos within 14 days of delivery and we remake it free of charge, delivery included. If a detail you gave us turns out to be wrong, we tell you the cost of a new set before we cut anything. This promise is a commercial guarantee given by JerseyFC LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA (jerseyfc.wink@gmail.com). It comes on top of your legal rights, never instead of them.
Faulty or not as described. Sets that are faulty, or don't match the details we confirmed, are always covered: see section 3.
2. PORTABLE CLOTHES DRYER: 14 DAYS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
- Your right: you have 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you name) receive the dryer to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason.
- How to tell us: use our online form Withdraw from contract here, message us on WhatsApp or email us. You may also use the model withdrawal form in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Your notice counts from the moment you send it, and we confirm receipt by email.
- Sending it back: we give you the return address when you tell us. Send the dryer back within 14 days after telling us.
- Return postage: you pay for sending it back, unless it arrived damaged or faulty; then we pay.
- Your refund: we refund the price and the original delivery cost (delivery is free) within 14 days of your notice, to the payment method you used, with no fees. We may wait until we receive the dryer or you send us proof that you have sent it back, whichever comes first.
- Condition: you can handle and try the dryer as you would in a shop. We may reduce the refund only for loss of value caused by handling beyond what was needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning, and we tell you if we do.
3. LEGAL GUARANTEE (BOTH PRODUCTS)
If a product is faulty or not as described, we repair it, replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. The legal guarantee lasts 3 years in Spain and 2 years in Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy. In the UK, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. The legal guarantee is given by law, costs nothing and is not affected by anything in this policy.
4. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT OR WRONG ITEM
Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and photos of the packaging and the product. We send a replacement or refund you, including any return postage.
5. ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 14 OCTOBER 2026
Orders placed before this date keep the return terms that applied when they were placed.
